What do I need to have in order to be ready?

Most of the ingredients are in the chocolate kits we have sent you. You will need to add 30gram double cream, access to microwave, bowls, scissors, coffee mug, kitchen scale and space at your refrigerator.

What can I do if I can not use microwave?

The microwave is for melting the chocolate. In case you can not use it, you can melt your chocolate using Ban Marie (hot water). I will explain how to do it at the start of the class.

Can we work together with you at the same time?

Of course, you are welcome to work with me at the same time. I prefer it we will work together at the same time.

Few of us are vegan. Is it still possible to have the class?

Sure it is! We run mixed, vegan and dairy groups. Just make sure we know who needs the vegan chocolate kits.
